Adeola earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Elementary Education from Virginia Union University, an Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in Richmond, Virginia. She has also earned a master's degree in Social Studies & Secondary Education from Hofstra University as well as an education administration degree from the College of New Rochelle. Adeola is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and a member of the executive board of the Gift of Writing Foundation. She taught history for over two decades before her current position as a school administrator.
