Purpose
Nnamari Consulting exists to fill gaps in education:
1. Elementary through college level virtual or face-to-face tutoring of students.
2. Advising parents/guardians to help them make the best decisions for their children.
3. Offering unique enrichment virtual sessions targeting students and/or parents/guardians (adult education).
4. Supporting superintendents and/or education boards in the creation, evaluation, and/or upgrading of their Career and Technical Education (CTE) programming.
5. Professional advising/support for practicing educators.

The Mission
Nnamari Consulting L.L.C. provides professional support to students, their parents/guardians, K-12 teachers as well as Career and Technical Education (CTE) advising to superintendents and board of education members. Decades of experience informs that useful, rich, on-going, inspiring advising is difficult for students, parents/guardians, teachers, administrators and board members to find.
About Dr. Justin Williams
Dr. Williams' personal pedagogy is all about social justice. He has always told his students that the study of literature, movies, shows and music is really the study of ourselves. He uses the word LOVE in his classroom and spends the first two weeks of every school year building trust and safety (intellectual, emotional) with his students. Even in his third decade teaching, he cannot wait to see his students every single day.
Additionally, Dr. Williams became an expert in Career and Technical Education (CTE) research during his doctoral study, interviewing multiple CTE teachers and CTE leaders in pilot study and dissertation research. He has also worked in a paperless CTE school, presented research on CTE, and published an article on CTE, all in the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region.

Hofstra University
During doctoral study, Justin chose to become an expert in the field of Career & Technical Education (CTE). The literature review for his dissertation defined CTE and what research presents as signature features of CTE programs in high schools. CTE programs, at their best, should deploy project-based, student centered strategies by teachers. Dr. Williams believes the ultimate purpose of public education existing within any economic environment is to ensure all students can enter the workforce and earn a livable income as soon as they wish. M.Ed.
Penn State University
Justin's 50-page thesis was titled "Diversity Leadership." He wrote an historical analysis of books written on leadership across various fields (military, business, politics, sports, education) then did a deep dive into the leadership styles of Professor Cornel West and President Bill Clinton, describing why, at the peek of their powers, they were, in the view of Dr. Williams, diversity leaders (those who lead follower populations different from themselves in key ways, whether spiritual, complexion, gender, etc.).

Dr. Williams decided he wanted to be an English teacher at the end of his sophomore year. He had phenomenal professors and coaches (he played football and ran track) who taught him the value of being thoroughly prepared while helping him clearly define who he is, which helped him develop his classroom persona, management style, and personal bag of teaching tricks.
